Excellent service from start to finish. The team was honest, professional, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle is running great. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

I came to Sierra Auto Care because they had done good work on my personal vehicle in the past, and I prefer supporting local businesses whenever possible. I brought my Ram in because I was experiencing brake noise and was quoted approximately $525 for brake pads and rotors. After inspecting the vehicle, I received a call informing me that additional repairs were needed, including caliper work, shoe repair, and brake fluid service, bringing the estimate to over $1,000. I declined the repairs and paid the $130 diagnostic fee. I then had the vehicle inspected and repaired by another experienced technician. The brake work was completed for $455, and I was advised that the caliper Sierra Auto Care recommended replacing was functioning properly and did not require repair. I understand that repair estimates can change after an inspection, but the difference between what Sierra Auto Care recommended and what was actually needed left me with serious concerns about the diagnosis I received. Unfortunately, this experience caused me to lose confidence in the shop, and I will not be returning.

I had a really great experience with this shop. They were extremely accommodating and thorough, explained everything going on with my older vehicle and gave me options/suggestions. The lady at the front desk was especially thoughtful and really went out of her way to help me out with a rough situation. I’ve been to several shops in town and have not experienced this level of customer service. In terms of cost, the labor here is $180 per hour, not sure how that compares with other shops in town but they did give me a free diagnostic. When I initially called, the gentleman on the phone seemed to indicate they always give free diagnostics but there’s a sign in their office saying diagnostics cost $130 so I’m not really sure.

I’ve been a returning customer at Sierra Auto Care, INC. and they continue to deliver great service. I recently had my rear brakes and rotors done at a great price, and the turnaround was fast after I mentioned I needed my car back by a certain time. The team was professional, accommodating, and got the job done right. I’ll definitely continue bringing my car here for future work.

Good customer service and fast turnaround. The car is running noticeably better after the water pump and thermostat replacement, and I appreciated that they were willing to install the parts I provided. I still appear to have another coolant leak somewhere in the system, but the shop was professional in explaining that it may be unrelated to the original repair and would require a separate diagnosis. Overall, respectful experience and solid communication.
